Divorce, Annulment or Legal Separation without Children: $350.00

Default: This procedure takes up to 3 months to be completed. There is only one filing fee to the Court of $338.00, which makes this procedure the least expensive. The petitioner will need to attend a default hearing to obtain the final decree.

Consent Decree: This process takes up to 3 months to be completed. There is no Court hearing, both parties are in agreement to the terms and provisions set forth in the Decree and are willing to sign the final documents. There is the initial filing fee to the Court of $338.00, plus an additional filing fee to the Court of $269.00 which is paid at the time of filing the final documentation.

Divorce, or Legal Separation with Children: $450.00

Default: This process takes up to 3 months to be completed. There is only one filing fee to the Court of $338.00, making this procedure the least expensive option. We will calculate the child support amounts for you. You will also be requried attend a Parent Information Class Program.

Stipulation and Consent Decree: This process takes up to 3 months to be completed. There is no Court hearing, however both parties will need to be in agreement to the terms and provision set forth in the Decree and be willing to sign the final paperwork. There is the initial filing fee to the Court of $338.00, plus an additional filing fee to the Court of $269.00 which is paid at the time of submitting the final paperwork. We will calculate child support amounts for you. Both parties will be required to attend a Parent Information Class Program.

Request to Change/Stop Child Support: $350.00

The request to increase or decrease child support must be 15% or greater. This Request is also used to end child support once a minor child has obtained the age of 18 years and has graduated from high school. The Court will not automatically stop child support payments upon a child obtaining the age of emancipation or graduation from high school. There is a Court filing fee of $84.00 and the responding party must be served the documents by process service or restricted certified mail.

Stipulation to Change/Stop Child Support: $300.00


Can be used if both parties are agreeable to the change of child support amount or ending of child support. This request is processed much faster by the Court. It involves no Court hearing. The Order is signed by the Judge and mailed back to both parties. There is a Court filing fee of $84.00, and no process service charge.

Response (to Petition for Divorce, to Petition for Order of Cause, to Request to Stop/Modify Support): $300.00

The Court filing fee is $269.00. You have 20 days, if served in Arizona, 30 days if served outside of Arizona to file your Response. If you do not file a Response, it will allow the Petitioner or Plaintiff to receive all of the relief requested in their Petition or Complaint.


Qualified Domestic Relations Order: $450.00

Orders a division and apportionment of marital interest in former spouse's retirement funds (ex. IRA, 401k, Pension Plan), pursuant to the language set forth in the Decree of Dissolution of Marriage. We will prepare the initial draft for review by employer, and also a revision of the QDRO if the employer requests changes or recommendations, and we file with Court after both parties have signed. The employer will then need to have a certified copy of this QDRO after it has been approved by the Court.

Paternity: $450.00

  1. Default Paternity: This process takes about 3 months for completion. There is only 1 filing fee to the Court of $333.00, making this process the least expensive. We will calculate the child support amounts for you. You must also attend a Parent Information Class Program. Custody, visitation, support, health insurance coverage, minor child tax deduction credit will all be included, plus any other issues you deem important.
  2. Consent Decree for Paternity: This process takes about 3 months for completion. There is no Court hearing, and both parties are agreeable to the terms and provision set forth in the Decree and are willing to sign the final documents. There is the initial filing fee to the Court of $333.00, plus an additional filing fee to the Court of $264.00 which is paid at the time of filing the final paperwork. We will calculate the child support amounts for you. Both parties must also complete a Parent Information Class Program. Custody, visitation, support, health insurance coverage, minor child tax deduction credit will be included, plus any other issues you deem important.
